The Blaze Belles dance team is a dance team consisting of girls ages 4-9 who perform at halftime at the Battle Creek Blaze Football games.
As part of the Blaze, which is a non profit organization that raises money for various organizations, the Belles set out to raise money for a
charity of their own.
With May 26th being National Missing Children’s Day and because the Belles are a group of children, they decided to raise money for the
Missing Children’s Network of Michigan. At the recent home opener for the Blaze on May 30th, the Belles and their families came together
and provided baked goods for a bake sale prior to the start of the game, with all goods being $0.50. With the high energy of the Belles and the
generous support of those that came to the game, the team was able to raise a grand total of $100. All of this money will be given to the
Missing Children’s Network of Michigan. The Belles would like to thank all those that helped make the bake sale a success and for helping to
bring missing children home!
